At ChicFootworks LLC, we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons (such as back-to-school or holiday shopping periods), processing times may extend to 5-7 business days.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders safely. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days)
Please note: Delivery times may be impacted by weather conditions, unforeseen carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders, which will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. International Shipping
Currently, ChicFootworks LLC ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ChicFootworks LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at coyne@chicfootworks.fun within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
